Wow. What a service! Due to the current situation with post-pandemic demand, QBD told us from the start that there would be a wait of several months but it was the same story everywhere. We were kept informed and knew when our job would be done. I think they had a cancellation so they ended up with more people working on our job than they usually would (6, I think) and they were incredibly quick efficient and tidy workers. Six windows out and new ones put in within a day. So impressed -- would definitely recommend them and use them again. - Clare
